Emma Lovell’s husband says he initially thought his wife would survive an attack during an alleged home invasion on Boxing Day – and he was shocked when he was told hours later she had died.

Speaking to A Current Affair on Wednesday night, Lee Lovell, 43, described the alleged attack and how he broke the news to the couple’s two daughters.
