Members of a Melbourne primary school community are laying flowers to pay tribute to an 11-year-old boy killed in a crash in the school yard, with Jacinta Allan describing feeling sick to the stomach after learning of his death.

Four other children – three girls and a boy – remain in hospital after the crash at the Auburn South primary school in Hawthorn East, in Melbourne’s east, which occurred at about 2.30pm on Tuesday.
